The State Energy Supervision Inspectorate of Ukraine is checking the application of regional power supply schedules for hourly outages (HBO) and the fairness of electricity distribution in the regions, the first violations have been identified .
This information was reported by the press service of the department, reports URA-Inform.
Gosenergonadzor reported that inspections have already been carried out in Vinnytsia, Dnepropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovograd and Odessa regions, they reported. The results indicate that in all of these regions, not all consumers who do not belong to the critical infrastructure category are included in hourly outage schedules.
Inspectors noted that more violations were found in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zhytomyr regions.
«Moreover, in the Zhytomyr region, employees of JSC «Zhytomiroblenergo» obstacles were created to the work of Gosenergonadzor inspectors in the form of denial of access to control centers of some structural divisions of the distribution system operator», — the report says.
Inspectors found that in the Dnepropetrovsk region power outages lasted more than seven hours, but in the Dnieper, Kamensky and Krivoy Rog not all consumers were included in the outage schedules.

«Based on the results of the inspections, instructions were provided to eliminate violations within a week. After this, repeated checks of the specified SROs will be carried out. If the issued instructions are not followed, fines will be applied to the OSR, – noted in Gosenergonadzor.
Inspectors added that, starting from July 22, they will begin inspections in Kyiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Lviv , Transcarpathian and Zaporozhye regions.
