Chairman of Gosenergonadzor Ruslan Slobodyan warned about the discovery of a region avoiding planned power outages.
This information was presented by the UNIAN publication, reports URA-Inform.
He noted that in a number of areas An excessive number of objects have been added to the list of critical infrastructure excluded from shutdowns.
«This list needs to be revised not only in the Dnipropetrovsk region, but also in other regions, using more stringent criteria. Additional violations were also identified. For example, in the Zhytomyr region, an entire region avoided shutdowns by not following the orders of Ukrenergo dispatchers. This is unacceptable, as it leads to an unfair distribution of the load between regions» — Slobodyan said on the TV channel «We— Ukraine».
He emphasized that the energy system is not yet fully automated, and the human factor plays an important role, but government control remains significant.
«We checked the Zhytomyr region not by chance, having received signals from citizens and data from Ukrenergo about violations,» – explained Slobodyan.
He added that in the Zhytomyr region they confirmed to the dispatcher the execution of shutdown commands, but in practice, not all schedules were followed, and the load in the region was not actually reduced.
Recall that a new crisis was predicted for Ukraine: “It could become more serious than the energy crisis.”
