Doctors told how high blood sugar levels can be determined by the palms of your hand.

Specialists at a British medical clinic explained that diabetic stiff hand syndrome, also known as diabetic chiroarthropathy, may appear due to insufficient control of blood sugar levels.
According to doctors, diabetic stiff hand syndrome is a skin disease characterized by limited mobility of the joints of the hands and fingers. Experts have clarified that its first symptom is a feeling of stiffness in the little finger, which can then spread to the entire hand.
In this case, a person’s skin becomes thickened and “waxy” to the touch. In order to identify the disease, you should bring your palms together, doctors advise. If the syndrome is present, the fingers do not touch, in this case the person is advised to immediately consult a doctor.
