Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie said she wants to end legal disputes with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.
This information was reported by Pople, URA-Inform reports.
She suggested that he withdraw his claim for the division of rights to their joint winery, Chateau Miraval, in France. Journalists noted that Pitt filed a lawsuit against Jolie after she sold her share in their joint winery Chateau Miraval to a businessman who produces alcohol for $67 million.
In particular, the actor claims that his ex-wife violated their agreement, while Jolie claims that they did not agree on anything. However, according to the publication, Jolie's lawyer, Paul Murphy, recently asked Pitt to withdraw the lawsuit against his client.
“Angelina is turning to Mr. Pitt again. She asks him to stop fighting and finally let their family get on the path to healing. If Mr. Pitt does not withdraw his lawsuit, his ex-wife will have no choice but to obtain information proving that his accusations against her are false,” — emphasized Jolie's lawyer.
At the same time, as insiders previously reported, Pitt himself also wants to improve relations with Angelina, because due to their legal proceedings, he cannot see his children.
“Brad never imagined this long-term struggle and rivalry. He is ready to throw his hands up and surrender,” the publication's source claimed.
