According to the forecast of military and political scientist Viktor Andrusiv, everything is moving towards a freeze of the war.

He believes that the main task for Russian occupiers remains the capture of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
«All other directions can only be a diversionary maneuver. I am convinced that one of the basic scenarios for ending the war in the minds of the orcs looks like the capture of these areas, after which it can be declared that the goals of the «SVO» have been achieved and go on the defensive, suggesting that everyone recognize reality in the name of peace», – the political scientist noted.
Andrusiv also explained why, despite the failures, the Russians continue to remain in the Kharkov region.
«The only reason why they are now forced to put significant forces there is a “local defeat”. They cannot afford to retreat again so that we can declare our success. Therefore, they pay for it in full, and do not strengthen the main directions with this meat,» he believes.
The political scientist recalled that earlier Ukraine was intimidated by Russian reserves numbering 300 thousand people, who were supposed to begin a large-scale offensive. According to him, at least 150 thousand of these reserves have already been used since April.
«In fact, the major offensive operation turned into a flabby creeping one. The dispersion of forces and their grinding down in our defense leveled this colossal figure that we were scared with. Meanwhile, in Moscow, they raised the one-time reward for a contract for the SVO to 20 thousand dollars. What does this mean? That's right, those who have problems with recruitment. I, like most other experts, believe that in October Putin will be forced to go for mobilization, maybe even earlier. This is neither bad nor good. This may finally provoke complications in the Russian Federation, or maybe not,» the expert noted.
Andrusiv emphasized that the enemy is advancing in places where management leaves much to be desired and where there is severe exhaustion. The situation can only be corrected with the help of qualified commanders and fresh reserves. He also noted that everything is moving towards freezing the war.
