Today, On September 27, the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on the police department in Krivoy Rog, as a result of which people were injured, and several more people may be under the rubble.
This was reported by URA-Inform, citing the National Police of Ukraine.
The strike was recorded at around 9:15 a.m., when a missile hit the district police headquarters. Three people are currently known to have been injured, and information about possible casualties continues to come in. Rescuers and police are working at the scene of the incident, trying to pull people out from under the rubble.
According to the State Emergency Service, as a result of the strike, the five-story building of the Kryvyi Rih District Department of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region was partially destroyed.
How noted the head of the city's Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul, the building took a direct hit, and the rescue operation is ongoing.
“Right now we can't say for sure how many people were injured, but it is known that some of them are already on the operating table,” he said.
The situation remains tense, and authorities are making every effort to eliminate the consequences of the attack and rescue people who may be under the rubble. At this point, it is important to maintain security at the scene and provide assistance to all victims.
