According to Andrey Moroz, Acting Deputy Chief of the Ivano-Frankivsk OTCC and SP, all military-liable citizens, even those who have received a deferment, must be ready for mobilization.

«There is nothing scary about mobilization. You have to be prepared for it. I recommend everyone, even those who have the right for a deferment, take a drone pilot course or receive training in tactical medicine»
Such training can prove vital both in military conflict and in everyday life. Andrey Moroz pointed out that every conscript must understand their role in the defense of the country and be prepared that one day the time for their mobilization may come:
«Each of those liable for military service must be prepared that the time will come when they will be mobilized,» he concluded.
