Scientists have found the easiest way reduce blood pressure without medication.

Researchers have called a night's rest a simple and effective way to reduce blood pressure. During the experiment , conducted by specialists from the University of Arizona, participants suffering from hypertension slept for 7-9 hours and woke up in good condition.
The study involved 300 people with an average age of 45 years, who wore devices that recorded their blood pressure every 45 minutes. At night, they wore sensors to monitor body functions in different sleep phases.
The results showed that participants with high blood pressure before bed felt better and more rested in the morning. Scientists recommend going to bed before 11 p.m. , to optimize the sleep effect.
It is also important to ensure almost complete darkness: close the windows and turn off all devices to reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases. Soft light in the evening helps produce melatonin and improves sleep quality, while excessive lighting at night can be harmful to health.
