Expected release Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which took place on November 20, caused a storm of emotions among players and critics.

On the platform Metacritic gave the game a score of 76, which indicates a mixed reception of the project. On the one hand, the developers from the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World managed to preserve the spirit of the original series, offering hardcore gameplay, a rich atmosphere and an immersive plot.
Players note that each new location hides many dangers, and unique characters and tasks add depth.
However, the game has faced many technical problems. According to journalists, bugs and unstable frame rate make the process of passing difficult. For example, Jordan Midler from VGC noted that every minute and a half he encountered a black screen, which made the game almost unplayable.
Despite this, reviewers agree that the game will become an important milestone in the hardcore shooter genre. Hardcore Gamer gave Stalker 2 the highest score of 5/5, noting that the project is a miracle created in the conditions of war, a pandemic and many other obstacles.
Interestingly, other experts also conducted a kind of experiment – they mixed cola with milk and showed what happened.
