As it turned out, the internal political the situation around the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is becoming increasingly tense.

This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to the Resident Telegram channel.

“According to information from the Presidential Office, the head of the OP Andriy Yermak intends to continue personnel changes in the top military leadership and is preparing the resignation of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky,” &# 8212; said at the beginning.

Then it was added that dissatisfaction with the situation on the eastern front, especially in connection with the failures of the Kursk operation, is growing among the military and in society.

“The operation, initiated personally by President Volodymyr Zelensky, was aimed at minimizing political risks for the head of state. However, failures in this direction “have caused increased criticism of Syrsky,” it was said next.

Political analysts believe that Yermak is seeking to concentrate control over military operations in the hands of the Presidential Office, using Syrsky's resignation to strengthen his positions. Possible changes to the General Staff could be part of a broader strategy to reorganize the management of military operations in a protracted conflict.

More importantly, Yermak gave Syrsky an ultimatum regarding the Kursk region.
