As it turned out, the situation with staffing of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to be critical.
This was reported by “URA-Inform” with reference to the telegram channel “Resident”.
“A source in the General Staff reported that the current staffing level of some brigades is only 60-70%. Despite the adopted laws and mobilization efforts, the staffing plan “the number of new brigades has not been fulfilled,” it says at the beginning.
According to the insider, the General Staff is considering the possibility of transferring rear units to the front lines to make up for the shortage of personnel. The idea is that this should at least somehow save the terrible situation on the front lines.
“President Zelensky had previously announced the creation of 10 new brigades, but their full complement is still in question,” the source concluded at the very end.
However, the above information is not confirmed by officials. All that is known is that total mobilization of the population continues in Ukraine in conditions when the Russian Federation is advancing on the front.
Against this background, Zelensky made an important proposal to the West on the anniversary of the Budapest Memorandum.
