The head of the Nikolaev regional military administration, Vitaly Kim, noted that the Ukrainian military is also aware of such plans, so they are ready to respond accordingly.
Kim explained the situation around the reports of a possible assault on the right bank of the Dnieper by Russians. He assured that Ukraine had long had this information and was preparing. According to him, the situation is complicated, but under control, so everyone is on site.
“They have already officially started saying that the Russians are preparing to assault the right bank of the Dnieper. I can say that we had this information four months ago. We were preparing, the Defense Forces and our military also understand everything,” the head of the Mykolaiv region noted.
According to him, no one is planning to go anywhere. On the contrary, everyone understands the forces and means and will react accordingly.
“Therefore, the fact that the Russians are starting to “throw in” IPSO, that now somewhere there someone is running, or not enough of someone, – we have enough and we all understand. The situation is difficult, but under control,” – Vitaly Kim summed up.
