City mayor Rivne Oleksandr Tretyak warned that air raid sirens may be announced more frequently in the Rivne and Volyn regions.

According to him, this is due to with military exercises on the territory of Belarus.
“Military exercises are taking place in neighboring Belarus until December 31. Accordingly, in the Rivne and Volyn regions, air raid sirens will probably be more frequent. Keep this in mind that if missiles are launched from Belarus, they can reach our region in a matter of minutes,” — said Tretyak in a statement.
