Russian dictator Vladimir Putin responded to the attack of Ukrainian drones on Ryazan, where a gunpowder factory is located.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the attack came in “three waves from different directions.” Three drones were reportedly shot down and the rest were “suppressed by electronic warfare.”
One of the drones reportedly hit a 120-meter-high luxury residential complex, while another struck an industrial enterprise.
