National agency qualifications approved a new position, the task of which is to comply with mobilization obligations.
This was reported by “URA-Inform” with reference to “Army Inform”.
Special attention is paid to the implementation of professional standards for inspectors who are required to ensure the reliability of military registration in Ukraine. This step is aimed at solving key problems associated with the lack of a systematic approach to military registration at the country's enterprises.
According to the chief specialist of the department of the Central Directorate of Military Education and Science of the General Staff The Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksiy Dudka, the new standard will become a benchmark for employers.
More than a million enterprises in Ukraine must implement military registration, but until recently there was no clear guidance on how to fulfill these obligations. The standard helps determine what skills and knowledge must have an inspector, and also specifies his duties, which eliminates the possibility of errors and fines.
Dudka noted that the introduction of the new position is due to the need to ensure mobilization readiness. Following the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, attention to military registration has increased.
The military registration inspector will be responsible for maintaining records, organizing inspections and consulting employees, which will increase the overall readiness of enterprises to fulfill their obligations to the state.
