In Ukraine from 1 December, the state winter support program is in effect, within the framework of which each citizen can receive 1,000 hryvnia.
This was reported by “URA-Inform” with reference to 24tv.
However, some citizens after submitting applications have not received cash payments. 10 days are allocated for processing applications submitted through “Diyu”. However, if the money has not been received, it is worth checking the correctness of the entered data again.
To do this, you need to:
— check the correctness of the data and make sure that all information in the application is specified correctly. It is especially important to check the data in the mobile application “Diya”;
— contact the Diia support service: Specialists will help to find out the reason for the delay in cash payments;
— update the “Diya” application, because using an outdated version of the program can cause failures, which leads to delays;
— check the linking of the bank card and make sure that the “National Cashback” card is correctly connected to the program.< /p>
Funds under the Winter eSupport program will not be issued in cash. Citizens can spend them on:
— payment of utility bills;
— mobile top-up;
— purchase of food and household chemicals;
— subscription to domestic publications;
— order of Ukrainian medicines production.
Meanwhile, the US will demand that Ukraine account for “every dollar of aid,” — media.
