Special aircraft administration of Vladimir Putin spent two days in the United States.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the purpose of the visit was the rotation of diplomats. However, political scientist Taras Zagorodniy suggests that there may be other reasons behind this.
According to the expert, the rotation of diplomats could indeed have been planned, but it is possible that the Kremlin representative visited the United States to discuss possible ways to end the war.
“Apparently, the Russian side could have received a categorical refusal, which is explained by fundamental disagreements even with the former Trump administration,” Zagorodniy noted.
The Kremlin, as the political scientist explains, is categorically not satisfied with the fixation of the demarcation line. The Russian Federation insists on Ukraine's refusal to join NATO, the reduction of armed forces and the cessation of missile development. However, such demands are practically ignored, which irritates Moscow, because they reflect the personal ambitions of the Russian dictator.
Zagorodniy also emphasized that the reaction to the incident with the Embraer plane and Putin's subsequent calls to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev demonstrate his vulnerability.
“Two calls to Aliyev indicate that Putin is starting to get nervous under pressure,” the expert noted.
The United States, according to Zagorodniy, is recording these manifestations of weakness and can use them to put pressure on Putin through China and force him to end the war on terms that are far from the Kremlin's wishes.
