Ministry of Finance extended the transition period for the introduction of the new form and content of checks until March 1, 2025.
This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to the Ministry of Finance.
Consequently, until March 1, 2025 it is possible to print fiscal receipts according to the old form. At the same time, enterprises have the right to introduce new forms of fiscal receipts before the specified date, but this is not mandatory.
“Orders introducing new requirements and extending the transition period are being prepared for official publication and will enter into force on the day following the day of publication in the official publication,” &# 8212; the message says.
What will the updated checks be like?
The new checks, which will be introduced from March 1 of this year, will display more information than now. In particular, new mandatory fields will be added to checks, such as “task” and “payment method”. In addition, QR codes will be introduced to verify the validity of checks. In addition, the structure of checks will be simplified, namely & #8212; certain lines have been removed, such as “cashier” and “EPS holder”.
