Military expert and Reserve Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleg Zhdanov expressed the opinion that if US President Donald Trump insists on freezing the war in Ukraine along the current front line, this could lead to discussions on exchanging territories, including the Kursk region.
This was reported by “URA” -Inform” with reference to Oleg Zhdanov.
According to Zhdanov, the territories of the Kursk region under the control of the Ukrainian military are unlikely to remain under Ukraine in the event of political agreements.

At the same time, the expert did not rule out that Putin would “exchange” the occupied part of the Kharkov region or all three small bridgeheads for the Kursk region:

Zhdanov emphasized that such scenarios depend on political decisions and pressure from the international community, as well as on the willingness of the parties to make concessions in order to end the conflict.
