Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the current leader of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, is illegitimate and cannot negotiate with the Russian Federation.

This was reported by URA-Inform.

At the same time, according to Putin, there are mechanisms for bypassing of this restriction. Putin stressed that Russia is ready to discuss issues with any representatives of Ukraine, but all signed agreements must fully comply with Russia's interests.

The Russian President also noted that without external support, the Ukrainian resistance will not last more than two months.

According to experts, Putin's statements demonstrate Russia's tough stance in the negotiations. The president insists that any documents must be as carefully verified as possible, excluding even the slightest errors.

The Russian dictator's statements have caused a stir in the international community. Experts note that such statements complicate the possibility of a diplomatic settlement of the conflict.

However, it is still unclear whether these statements will lead to real negotiations. However, it is obvious that the situation requires active action from international mediators.

Against this background, the TCC may soon be allowed to use weapons.
