The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets clarified that during the passage of the VVK his condition It worsened sharply, and he lost consciousness.
According to him, information about the death of a man was found during the monitoring of a social network. Also on the official pages of the Chernivtsi Regional TCC and SP and the National Police in the Chernivtsi region it was found that the event occurred on the morning of February 7, 2025.
” With an order to find out all the important cases, my representative in the Chernivtsi region Irina Isopenko sent letters to the Chernivtsi regional TCC and SP, Chernivtsi Zonal Department of the VSP and the National Police in the Chernivtsi region “, &# 8212; He informed.
At the same time, Lubinets noted that the 32-year-old local resident was wanted for evasion. Law enforcement agencies invited him to clarify the military accounting information, to which he agreed.
“However, during the passage of the VVK, his condition worsened sharply, and he lost consciousness”, — The official said.
Lubinets specified that according to the information director of the regional center of emergency medical care, the doctors team found the man in a state of clinical death.
” Resuscitation actions did not help. The body was taken to forensic examination to find out the cause of death ”, — He added.
The investigating authorities began a pre -trial investigation. The event is qualified as “natural death.”
