Skin is the largest and at the same time very sensitive organ of our body. Its condition depends on many factors, including hormonal changes, stress and improper care. Sometimes we ourselves become the cause of skin problems without noticing it. In this article, we will tell you about three habits that can lead to worsening of its condition.

URA-Inform reports this.

1. Excessive consumption of coffee

Coffee is a drink that many people cannot start their day without. However, if your skin has started to change its appearance, you should pay attention to the amount of coffee you drink. Experts recommend not drinking more than two cups a day, even if you add milk. Coffee contributes to dehydration of the body, and the skin becomes dull and dry. To avoid this, you can set a rule – for every cup of coffee, drink at least a glass of water.

2. Sleeping on your stomach

When we reach 30, the skin's regenerative processes slow down, and any changes become more noticeable. Sleeping on your stomach, with your face constantly touching the pillow, can cause wrinkles and creases. The skin around your eyes suffers especially, where unnatural folds form. To prevent such problems, you should learn to sleep on your back or sleep in a way that your face is not too compressed.

3. Late washing

After a long day, dirt, dust and other harmful substances accumulate on the skin, which we do not always notice. Waiting until night to wash your face can negatively affect the condition of the skin. Peeling, dirt and sebum form a thick film, and it becomes difficult for the skin to breathe. Therefore, it is important to wash your face no later than an hour after returning home.

By following these simple guidelines, you can maintain the health and beauty of your skin.
