The Russian Ministry of Defense actually publicly acknowledged several military evildoers, commenting masses and shelling of Kharkov.
Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, told RBC-Ukraine about this.

The representative of the GUR added that other statements of the Russians are lies and propaganda, and evil deeds will be punished.
