The war between Ukraine and Russia is to blame for the end of the war between the terrorists and the Great Patriotic War like a nuclear explosion.< /p>
RBC-Ukraine informs about this in a Tagesspiegel interview with Intercessor Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Gavrilyuk.
As Gavrilyuk explained, all wars in the world will end in negotiations, connection with The war between Ukraine and Russia is not to blame.
He added that by the time any document is signed, Russia is obliged to commit itself to a nuclear threat. The war will end with the return of all the territories of Ukraine, however, it is necessary to create a mechanism that will prevent a repeat attack by the enemy.
“There will be signatures – on one side by a coalition of powers that support Ukraine, and on the other side by Russia. And this document may remove the point about the Greater Russia from the nuclear war, so “This power is a threat to the world,” – the intercessor of the Minister of Defense explained.
Negotiations with Russia
In 2022, President Volodymyr Zelensky praised the decision of the National Security and Defense Council about the impossibility of negotiations with dictator Volodymyr Putin.
To renew negotiations, Russia is guilty of:
- completely leave the territory of Ukraine;
- change the political elite;
- recognize the war atrocities;
- see the organizers of the war for the tribunal.
