We are talking, in particular, about the Transfiguration Cathedral and a complex of buildings Trinity Monastery, within the framework of the National Architectural and Historical Reserve “Ancient Chernigov”.
The MCIP recalled that the Administration of the Chernigov Diocese of the UOC-MP went to court with demands to oblige the reserve to renew the contracts.
- < li>In November last year, the state returned 18 objects of the National Architectural and Historical Reserve “Ancient Chernigov” from long-term temporary use.
- Earlier, a commission of the Ministry of Culture assessed the condition of the reserve.
As of December last year, there were more than 8 thousand churches of the Moscow Patriarchate left in Ukraine.
