The procedure for implementing the pilot project, designed for two years, was developed by the Ministry of Economy with the involvement of the Ministry of Defense, State Emergency Service, GOST, non-governmental operators, Ukrainian and foreign experts in the field of gas customs declaration.
The project provides for the introduction of uniform validity periods for certificates (3 years for initial certificates, 5 years for extended certificates). Exceptional grounds for termination or suspension of a certificate are also defined.

Certification of government CCD operators is carried out free of charge, as is the certification of non-governmental non-profit enterprises, institutions and organizations included in corresponding Register. This will happen provided that the customs declaration meets their statutory goals.
