According to him, funding from the state is not even enough to cover the interest on the loan that needs to be taken out to pay off suppliers. And money can be taken out from the enterprise only upon completion of the contract, but contracts are concluded for 3-5 years, and this money is actually frozen all this time.
So, for example, in the production of the navigation system “product 1T146” alone, the Murom plant suffered a loss of 70 million rubles. Thus, the plant cannot fulfill an ever-increasing order.
