Due to inflation, Russian military-industrial complex factories cannot fulfill government orders.
Activists of the Ukrainian “Cyber Resistance” gained access Representatives of the Russian military-industrial complex are complaining about the damage. Inflation and the imperfection of the Russian bureaucratic model do not allow military-industrial complex factories to fulfill orders.
The Center for National Resistance writes about this.
“The imperfections of the Russian bureaucratic model and inflation do not allow military-industrial complex factories to fulfill government orders. About this says a letter intercepted by activists from the general director of the Murom Instrument-Making Plant, Dmitry Fadeev, writes the Central Tax Service.
In particular, as director of the League of Defense Enterprises of the Vladimir Region, Dmitry Fadeev complains that the factories products at fixed prices in 2019. And buy parts at market prices and with prepayment.
According to him, funding from the state is not even enough to cover the interest on the loan that needs to be taken out to pay off suppliers. And money can be taken out from the enterprise only upon completion of the contract, but contracts are concluded for 3-5 years, and this money is actually frozen all this time.
So, for example, in the production of the navigation system “product 1T146” alone, the Murom plant suffered a loss of 70 million rubles. Thus, the plant cannot fulfill an ever-increasing order.
“Also in the letter, the occupiers' benefits complain that there are not enough workers at the factories due to mass mobilization and lack of housing. Even the construction of real barracks in the region does not help,” says the material of the Center of National Resistance.
