President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky held a meeting with the Director General International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) by Rafael Grossi.

The parties discussed the current security situation. at the temporarily occupied Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and the risks posed by its occupation by Russian troops.
Zelensky again emphasized that the only way to prevent a nuclear incident at the Zaporizhia NPP is its complete demilitarization, deoccupation and restoration of control over the station by Ukraine.
The President also noted the importance of electing Ukraine to the IAEA Board of Governors until 2025.
