“Harsh sounds, like just above Kursk and Kursk region are the work of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Please stay calm,” wrote Starovoyt.
Mistev Telegram channels posted videos with the sounds of vibrations.
The Russian Ministry of Defense did not comment on the situation.
Kursk region borders the Ukrainian Sumy and Chernigov regions. Distance from the cordons of Ukraine – about 250 km.
