The Cabinet of Ministers allowed the territories to work around the clock.
A representative of the Cabinet of Ministers reported this in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk in Telegram.
At a meeting on Friday, the government adopted bypass changes to the regulation on the TCC. They provide for the right of the TCC during mobilization or a state of war around the clock:
- to consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences;
- to organize with a certain frequency of medical examinations and psychological examinations by military medical commissions of those liable for military service and reservists (for regional TCC and SP);
- maintain personal and qualitative records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, records of vehicles subject to transfer to the Armed Forces Ukraine and other military formations during mobilization and wartime.
It was also previously reported that military registration and enlistment office employees will be under close supervision of the NAPC.
