Due to enemy shelling, most of the city is without power. There is no heat or water supply.
According to the head of Pavlograd, emergency teams are working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.
Before this, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported the movement of “martyrs” towards the Dnepropetrovsk region and the Zaporozhye region. The military warned residents of Pavlograd about the threat of shelling.
After information appeared about a hit in Pavlograd, the Air Force reported that it had detected new attack enemy UAVs in the Vasilkovsky district of the Dnepropetrovsk region, which were again moving towards Pavlograd. Then the military warned of a missile threat to the populated area.
The head of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA, Sergei Lysak, said that there were no casualties. While, due to drone attacks, some settlements in the Pavlograd region and Sinelnikov region are without power, there are interruptions in water supply. Lisak added that hospitals were switched to alternative food.
