The Russian military today, February 13th, was planning to hit Odessa with a rocket. However, the Ukrainian PPO was able to defeat the enemy's target.

“The enemy was sent straight across Odessa by the armored X-59 aircraft missile from so tactful aircraft that were maneuvering over the Black Sea,” it is reported.
It is understood that the Anti-aircraft Defense Forces shot down a missile at a distance from the sea to the area.
