According to Reuters, Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis announced the desire to hold a peace conference from the rostrum in New York. The official also took the opportunity to invite all countries represented in the UN to this event. He called for “working together to achieve a common goal.”
The peace plan, which should form the basis of the upcoming summit, includes 10 steps, including the withdrawal of all Russian troops from Ukrainian territory, the restoration of territorial integrity, the release of hostages and nuclear security.
