General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Ukrainian soldiers repelled 22 attacks by Russians in the Avdeevsky and Novopavlovsky directions <>></b></b> >in the direction Ukrainian defenders repelled 22 attacks Russians in the areas of the settlements of Berdichi, Orlovka, Tonenkoye, Pervomaiskoye, Nevelskoye, Donetsk region. </p> <p> According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, our soldiers repulsed another 22 enemy attacks in <b>Novopavlovsk</b>. Here are the Defense Forces continue to hold the enemy in the areas of the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Georgievka, Pobeda, Novomikhailovka, Donetsk region.</p> <p>In total, 73 military clashes occurred during the day. The enemy launched two missile and 79 air strikes, and carried out 90 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. </p> <p>Defense force aviation carried out strikes on 10 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated. The air force shot down three Su-34 fighter-bombers. Units of the missile forces inflicted defeat on 2 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 3 BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems, 1 ammunition train, 1 enemy electronic warfare system.</p> <p>The situation at the front as of 18.00 on February 29 is as follows:</p> <ul> <li>in the <b>Volyn</b> and <b>Polessk</b> directions the operational situation is without significant changes;</li> <li>on <b>Seversky</b> and <b>Slobozhansky</b>The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Bologovka and Mitrofanovka settlements in the Kharkov region. More than 30 settlements were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Gorsk, Karpovichi, Chernigov region; Novaya Guta, Seredina-Buda, Druzhba, Fotovizh, Vorozhba, Sumy region; Two-year-old, Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanovka, Berestovo, Kharkov region;</li> <li>on <b>Kupyansky</b>The defense forces repelled 2 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlovka and Tabaevka, Kharkov region, where the enemy tried to dislodge our troops from their positions. The enemy launched an air strike near the village of Nadezhda, Lugansk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Dveletnaya, Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanovka, Berestovo in the Kharkov region;</li> <li>on <b>Limansky</b> our fighters repulsed 11 enemy attacks in the areas settlements of Terny, Yampolevka in the Donetsk region and Belogorivka in the Luhansk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian troops. More than 10 settlements were damaged by artillery and mortar shelling, including Nevskoye, Belogorovka in the Lugansk region and Terny, Torskoye, Serebryanka, Verkhnekamennoye, Spornoye, Razdolevka in the Donetsk region;</li> <li>on <b>Bakhmutsky</b>repelled 2 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Ivanovskoye and Kleshchievka, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve their tactical position. The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Verolubovka and Nikolaevka, Donetsk region. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Vasyukivka, Bogdanovka, Chasov Yar, Ivanovskoye, Andreevka, New York, Donetsk region;</li> <li>on <b>Avdeevsky</b>The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Alexandropol, Novoaleksandrovka, Ocheretino, Novobakhmutovka, Solovyevo, Semenovka, Donetsk region. About 20 settlements were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Ocheretino, Volchye, Berdichi, Stepnoye, Orlovka in the Donetsk region;</li> <li>on <b>Novopavlovsk</b>The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Konstantinovka, Vodyanoye, Urozhainoye, Staromayorskoye in the Donetsk region, and Novodarovka in the Zaporozhye region. More than 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire from the invaders, among them Maksimilianovka, Georgievka, Novomikhailovka, Konstantinovka, Blagodatnoye, Staromayorskoye, Rovnopol, Donetsk region;</li> <li>at <b>Orikhovsky</b> they repulsed an attack in the Robotinoye area Zaporozhye region. The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Levadne, Malaya Tokmachka, Robotino, Novodanilovka, Yurkovka, Zaporozhye region. About 20 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, including Levadne, Poltavka, Gulyaypole, Malaya Tokmachka, Novoandreevka, Stepnoe in the Zaporozhye region;</li> <li>in the area of ​​responsibility of the OVSU “Odessa” in <b>Kherson</b> direction, the enemy does not abandon the intention to dislodge our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper. So, during the day there were 4 attempts to storm the positions of our troops. About 10 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
