This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper.
“A woman injured in a previous Russian drone attack on February 23, 2024, unfortunately died in hospital today During the entire period of her stay in the medical institution, the wounded woman's condition remained extremely serious – critical, she was in the intensive care unit for burns.
- On February 23, Odessa suffered from a Russian drone strike. A fire occurred at a civil infrastructure facility in the city. Three deaths were reported.
- The death toll from the Russian strike on Odessa on February 23 subsequently increased to four. A woman died after spending about two hours under the rubble.
