According to the Institute of Mass Information, Dmitry Sinchenko became the 73rd media worker to die as a result of Russian aggression against Ukraine.

“Dmitry had one great love – Ukraine. He dreamed of her bright future and tried to do everything to come to it as soon as possible. He lived for it and gave his life for it. He was a bright, intelligent, sincere, principled person,” wrote Elena Sinchenko.
She suggested honoring his memory like this: “Do not take or give bribes. Fight for your rights. Live according to your conscience and according to the Constitution. Speak Ukrainian, read Ukrainian, listen to Ukrainian. Decommunize and de-Russify yourself and the space around you. Believe me, he will rejoice wherever he is.”
Dmitry Sinchenko (call sign “Perun”) is a fighter of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army (UDA) from Kropyvnytskyi. He joined the CAA after the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24.

Earlier, Roman Ryazhskikh, a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism at Lvov University, died in the war. Roman was injured while performing a combat mission.
