DBI employees completed a pre-trial investigation of information on closed state databases. Currently, the indictments have been sent to court.

In particular, whether the military registration and enlistment office is looking for them.
Copying information about one person cost $150. Part of the money was taken by intermediaries.
Both border guards will be tried for unauthorized sale of information with limited access (Part 2 of Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). One will also be tried for unauthorized copying of information, which led to its leakage, committed again (Part 3 of Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the articles provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 6 years.
