The “Schemes” found out that the relatives of the head of the AMCU did not have a business and over the past 25 years have not received sufficient official income to buy it all. Kirilenko uses part of the property, but this is not indicated in the declaration.
For example, in April 2020, Kirilenko’s father-in-law, Alexander Matienko, became the owner of a two-story house in the north of the Kiev region and a plot of land for 25 hundredths in a cottage town. There is also a guest house and a large garage on the territory.
In the official contract, the house and land cost 4 million UAH, but on the real estate website they cost 430 thousand dollars, that is, at that time more than 10 million UAH. < /p>

According to the agreement, the apartments cost the Kirilenko family 800 thousand UAH and 640 thousand UAH, the market value of the apartments was 7 and 6 million UAH, respectively. for 670 thousand hryvnia. Kirilenko’s mother-in-law Nina Matienko also has property in this residential complex. In April 2023, she bought property rights to the apartment for 670 thousand hryvnia. The market value of the apartments was almost 6 million UAH.

In Kyiv, the family of the head of the AMCU, according to Schemes, lives in a four-room apartment, the owner of which is Albina Vinnikova (grandmother of Kirilenko’s wife). She became the owner of the apartment in January 2022. She also, according to the documents, gave her daughter, Kirilenko’s mother-in-law, real estate in the Kiev business-class residential complex Obolon Plaza, a dance studio.
In the same residential complex, Matienko registered in March 2023 the ownership of two apartments for 9 .5 million UAH. The father-in-law of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee has two parking spaces in Obolon Plaza, as well as a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan costing from UAH 1.2 million.
Kirilenko’s wife Alla drives a BMW X3 in 2020. There is no information about cars in the spouses' declarations.
