The department reminds that the Putin regime has a long history of provocations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has released what accusations about our state's involvement in the shooting in the concert hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow.
According to the department, this is “a planned provocation by the Kremlin with the aim of further whipping up anti-Ukrainian hysteria and creating conditions for increased mobilization.”
< The Foreign Ministry reminds that the Kremlin has a long history of creating bloody provocations, including the 1999 terrorist attack on Kashirskoye Highway. “There are no red lines for the Putin dictatorship; it is ready to kill its own citizens for political purposes,” the statement says.
The Ministry calls on the international community to reject false accusations against Ukraine and strengthen support for our state in countering Russian aggression.
