Every month the defendants could produce up to 20 kg of “product” for its subsequent sale through an extensive network of drug dealers. The group members also sold cannabis and narcotic drugs “to order.” To find potential clients, the attackers used their connections in criminal circles.
The underground business allowed the organizers to receive regular “profits” of more than 10 million UAH per month. It was established that drug traffickers bought premium cars to launder funds. For example, BMW M8, Porsche Boxster and Alfa Romeo with a total cost of more than 200 thousand US dollars. In the future, the attackers planned to expand the drug business and criminal influence in western Ukraine. According to the investigation, the leaders of the group were two repeat offenders who had previously served sentences for drug trafficking. During 35 searches, the detainees were found to have:
- 5 kg of amphetamine and cannabis prepared for sale;
- equipment for the production and packaging of prohibited substances;
- bank cards through which payments for the “goods” were made;
- cash in different currencies for a total amount of 300 thousand. in hryvnia equivalent;
- 5 premium cars.

According to the SBU materials, the detainees were informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. While they are in custody. They face up to 12 years in prison.
Recall that the police recently neutralized a large-scale drug network: they detained 26 dealers in 19 regions of Ukraine. During the special operation, drugs worth 150 million hryvnia were seized.
