Vremen Yar remains under Ukrainian control.
The situation at the front remains difficult. The Russians, taking advantage of their advantage in the air, missiles and artillery ammunition, are trying to reach the administrative border of the Donetsk region, said the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky.
The occupiers are conducting offensive operations around the clock, using assault groups with armored vehicles. In some directions they are trying to conduct assault operations on foot, in waves, from platoon to company, sometimes battalion.
“A particularly difficult situation has developed in the Bakhmut direction in the areas east of Vremenny Yar and Kleshchievka; in Avdeevsky – in the areas of Berdichev, Orlovka, Vodyanoy, Pervomaisky; in Novopavlovsky – in the Novomikhailovka area. The most severe fighting continues in the areas today Pervomaisky and Vodyany, as well as east of Vremya Yar, where the enemy is trying to break through the defenses of our troops. Vremya Yar remains under our control, all enemy attempts to break into the populated area have failed,” the commander-in-chief said.
According to the commander-in-chief . Syrsky, the tense situation is also in the Limansky, Orekhovsky and Kherson directions.
In the Limansky direction, the enemy is conducting local offensive operations in the areas of Belogorovka and Vesely. On Orekhovsky – in the Robotino and Verbovoy districts in order to restore the lost position. On Kherson – trying to dislodge our troops from the bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnieper River in the Krynka area.
“But there is no success in these directions,” said Syrsky.
At the same time, in the Kupyansky and Limansky directions we also have some tactical success.
