The European Commission supported the Ukraine Plan reform plan within the framework of the Ukraine Facility mechanism. It determines the conditions for receiving 50 billion euros of macro-financial assistance in 2024-2027.
The European Commission believes that the reform plan “effectively addresses the objectives of the Ukraine Facility, identifying key reforms and investments that can contribute to sustainable economic growth and attract investment to strengthen the country's growth potential in the medium and long term.”
The European Commission also noted that the Ukraine Plan is the basis for the restoration of Ukraine; it contains adequate mechanisms for protecting the financial interests of the EU.
The approval of the reform plan now requires the approval of EU member states. A month is allotted for this. After this, the European Commission will be able to allocate up to 1.89 billion euros in the form of preliminary funding before the start of regular payments.
Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 87 military clashes occurred during the day.< /p>
In total, the enemy launched 15 missile and 18 air strikes, and carried out 29 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Russian terrorist attacks have unfortunately resulted in civilian deaths and injuries. Multi-storey and private houses, as well as other infrastructure facilities, were destroyed and damaged.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repulsed 27 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Belogorovka, Lugansk region, Verkhnekamennoye, Spornoye, Novy, Ivanovskoye , Kleschiyivka, Andreevka, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation.
In the Avdeevsky direction, our defenders repelled 12 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Novobakhmutovka, Berdichi, Semenovka, Umanskoye and Pervomaiskoye, Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to oust our units from their occupied lines

In the Novopavlovsk direction, the Defense Forces continue to contain the enemy in the areas of the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Novomikhailovka, Pobeda, Vodyanoye and Urozhaynoye in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried 26 times to break through the defenses of our troops.

Russia attacked an educational institution in the village of Lukyantsy, Kharkov region. As a result of the hit, two civilians were killed, said the head of the Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubov.
“Today at two o’clock in the afternoon, Russian troops fired a controlled aerial bomb at the village of Lukyantsy, Lipetsk community, Kharkov region. Two people were killed, the number of wounded is being established. All were civilians,” Sinegubov said.
According to information police of the Kharkov region, a local school was hit. Two civilians died on the spot, four more people were injured.
According to Oleg Sinegubov, two women aged 63 and 66 and two men aged 38 and 65 were injured as a result of Russian shelling. Two men, 63 and 65 years old, died on the spot.

At the same time, the family’s official total income did not cover these expenses,” the report says.
On the instructions of the prosecutor, the investigator informed the defense about the completion of the pre-trial investigation and provided access to the materials for review.
