The Center for Countering Disinformation believes that the Russians are trying to sow despondency and panic among the brigade fighters and residents of the Kharkov region.
This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
According to the CPI, enemy telegram channels are disseminating information that they were detained in Kharkov. a drug courier who allegedly supplied prohibited substances to the military 113 OBRTRO.
“In fact, the message disseminated by the racists is a fake, based on which the propagandists took the publication from the page of the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor's Office dated April 25, 2024,” the Center emphasized countering disinformation.
The CPI emphasized that the systematic fakes of Russian propagandists about the military of this brigade only indicate that the fighters are doing their job efficiently to protect the state, and therefore the racists are trying in every way to discredit the brigade, imposing the image of “drug addicts” on the military.
“The purpose of this campaign is to sow despondency and panic among both the brigade fighters and the civilian population of the Kharkov region, which they protect. Previously, ru-propagandists spread a fake that the officers of the 121st battalion of the 113th ObrTrO were allegedly elderly men because of his reluctance to leave his home,” the CDP added.
- The Kharkov region is constantly subject to information attacks from the Russians. So, last week, Kharkov residents began receiving so-called “evacuation instructions” in messengers from unknown persons. that there are no grounds for evacuation from Kharkov.
- On April 26, the Kharkov regional military administration denied data that the regional center was allegedly being evacuated by government agencies and military families.
