It is noted that the private company wanted to obtain, without a competition, the entire land plot on which it is located.
The Kiev prosecutor's office through the court demands the demolition of the “real estate”, namely, a dovecote with an area of 20 sq.m., erected as reason to take possession of communal land worth more than 20 million hryvnia.
This was reported by the press service of the capital's prosecutor's office.
“The Svyatoshinsky district prosecutor's office of the city of Kiev filed a lawsuit in the interests of the state in the Economic Court of the city of Kiev representative of the Kyiv City Council on the demolition of the unauthorized construction site, termination of ownership of real estate and cancellation of state registration of the land plot,” the message says.
It is noted that a private society illegally registered ownership of the dovecote, trying to do so in a non-competitive way to obtain a communal land plot with an area of 5000 sq.m. on which it is located.
The company planned to use the plot of land worth more than 2 for the construction of an apartment building with objects of shopping, entertainment and market infrastructure. Using the fact of registration of ownership of the dovecote, the company initiated the formation and registration of a land plot in the State Land Cadastre. This is one of the stages of obtaining land,” the prosecutor’s office noted.
