The Center for National Resistance reports that this is a new scheme to seize property. According to the law, the organization in which he lives becomes the guardian of an incompetent person, and its head has the right to manage the money and property of the wards (including their pensions). The guardian also has the right to represent the rights of the incompetent in court.
In addition, the incompetence of pets may indicate their involuntary transfer to Penza.
“International law prohibits the transfer of populations from occupied territories, regardless of age and capacity. The forced displacement of the civilian population without compelling reasons can be considered a war crime, and under certain conditions – a crime against humanity,” the Center emphasized, and called for recording and transmitting all information about the crimes of the occupiers and collaborators.
