Ignoring the norms of international humanitarian law, yesterday, 29th quarter, Russian territory orists attacked Odessa with a ballistic missile” Iskander” with a cluster warhead.
RBC-Ukraine reports about this in a post on the Twitter account of Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin.
As Kostin confirmed, after the attack we know about:
- 5 dead people;
- more than 30 victims, including two children and a woman.
Five wounded people are standing near the edge of an important camp.
“The strike was carried out by an Iskander ballistic missile with a cluster warhead. This non-vibration explosion, which could cause significant casualties among the civilian population. Within a radius of 1.5 km from the place of attack recovered metal fragments and missiles, – Rospov Kostin.
The Prosecutor General added that the investigation into the attack may imply that the decision to strike Odessa with a cluster warhead was taken by officers of the armed forces of the terrorist region with the method of killing a large number of people.
“The investigation is troubling. Let us know that those who issue malicious punishments for the shelling of peaceful Ukrainian places will be punished,” Kostin added.
Missile strike on Odessa
Vorozh ordered a missile strike on Odessa yesterday, 29th quarter. Immediately after the attack, a fire broke out near the student palace of the Odessa Law Academy. Will also be called “Harry Potter's Castle”.
The head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Russian Defense Forces, Dmitro Pletenchuk, spoke about the destruction of the missile with shrapnel.
Zranku, 30 kvitnya, head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleg Kiper informed about those 23 victims who were undergoing treatment at the medical warehouses.
