The third combat brigade of the State Cordon Service of Ukraine “Gart” was created in Ukraine.
Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko stated this, RBC-Ukraine reported on his post on Telegram.
“It is symbolic to announce the creation of the third combat brigade of the State Cordon Service – “G art”, fighters of some kind They are already strengthening the Defense Forces on similar lines,” he said.
It is significant that there are already two combat brigades of border guards – “Steel Cordon” and “Pomsta”.
Increase in the warehouse of the DPSU
In the wake of this fate, President Volodymyr Zelensky has already submitted to the Supreme Court a bill that transfers an increase to the staff of the State Cordon Service of Ukraine (DSSU).
Zelensky explained what is necessary to ensure the protection of the sovereign cordon after the end of the war with Russia.
24th quarter The Verkhovna Rada approved this bill. Apparently, the number of the DPSU has increased to 75 thousand people since the day of its inception or military service. Of these, 67 thousand will be military servicemen.
An increase in the staff of the DPSU will be allowed to protect the sovereign cordon of Ukraine and make it more resistant to modern threats. This is especially important in the minds of the conflict with Russia, as it continues to threaten the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
