Ukrainians are encouraged to adapt to low rules in order to change the influx of negative news on mental health.< /p>
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with a message to the Ministry of Food Reintegration of the urgent occupation of the territories of Ukraine in Telegram.
As noted by the department, for the sake of preparation within the framework of the program mental health “Ti yak?” Zokrem, we recommend to the population:
- do not overwhelm your brain with information right from the start, you need to wake up;
- throughout the day, control the amount of time spent on the phone;
- with the new social media, it’s time to think about what you have on the other right;
- don’t read the comments – the stinks can sink in on your psyche;
- focus on positive news and social media algorithms that see more and more of them .
The department asked to remember that healthy media consumption can reduce stress.
