Russian forces shelled three Ukrainian thermal power plants. The ownership of the station was damaged.

As stated by DTEK, this is already the fifth massive shelling of the company’s energy facilities for the rest of the second month. The Russians attacked DTEK's thermal power plants during large-scale shelling on 22 and 29 Bereznya, 11 and 27 April.
The start of a large-scale invasion of DTEK's thermal power plants was shelled nearly 180 times. As a result of the attacks, 51 workers were injured, three energy workers died.
Massive shelling of Ukraine 8 May
During these nights, the Russians launched a new massive attack on Ukraine. It appears that the occupiers fired missiles and strategic bombers. There were also launches of “Shaheds”.
The energy sector was hit by the enemy. The Ministry of Energy was informed that power generation and transmission facilities were attacked in six regions – Poltava, Kirovograd, Zaporizia, Lviv, Ivano-Franka, vsky and Vinnytskyy.
Russia also sent missiles to Kiev. The capital was mooning and the PPO was performing.
