Today On May 12, an action took place in the center of Zaporozhye in support of the Ukrainian military, the defenders of Mariupol, who have been in Russian captivity for about two years.

The organizers of the action were relatives and friends of the prisoners. In addition to them, relatives of prisoners from other units also took part in the action. According to activists, the main goal of the action is to remind the public and international organizations about the fate of Ukrainian prisoners of war.
Several hundred people took part in the event. They lined up with thematic posters along the central avenue of Zaporozhye and chanted the slogan “Don’t be silent – captivity kills.”
